How it started
What drives us
J&N Developments was founded by husband-and-wife team James and Nardia in 2017.

Although their backgrounds were very different, they shared the same vision: to build a business known for quality, integrity and homes that people truly love living in.

Nardia's passion for property began long before J&N was established. She purchased her first investment property at just 18 years old and spent the next decade working in personal finance, building a strong understanding of investment, planning and long-term value.
Her goal was always to build something of her own and create a business that delivered an exceptional experience for clients.
James began his career in the construction industry as an apprentice and spent almost a decade working for a local commercial builder. During that time, he progressed into site management, overseeing projects, coordinating trades and managing complex builds from the ground up.
Building has always been more than a career for James — it's a genuine passion driven by a love of craftsmanship, problem-solving and creating homes that families can enjoy for generations.

When James and Nardia met, it quickly became clear they shared the same ambition. Combining their skills, experience and determination, they took the leap and founded J&N Developments together.
From day one, our goal has been simple: build homes we're proud to put our name on.
We focus exclusively on custom homes because we believe every family deserves a home designed around the way they live.
