Our process is designed to be clear, collaborative, and well-organised, so you always know what's happening and what comes next.
Once you've filled out our submission form - it all starts with a conversation.
We'll talk through your ideas, goals, budget range, timeline, and the type of home you want to build.
This helps us understand whether we're the right fit for each other before moving forward.

Initial Chat
Design & Planning
If you already have plans, we'll review them and provide feedback where needed. If not, we can work alongside your architect or designer or help connect you with professionals we trust. This stage is about refining the layout, functionality, and overall vision so the home suits you and the site. We also try to be involved as much as we can during the design phase to give cost feedback and provide valuable solutions.

Design & Planning Continued..
This ensures you're designing a home you can actually afford to build - that's the end goal - to get you into your dream home. The people we work closely with also handle all council approvals, any reports needed and engaging consultants - all the stuff that can feel overwhelming. You are supported from the start to finish and never left feeling unsure.
If you would like advice with interiors, fixtures and finishes (the fun stuff) we can help with that too. There's a lot of decisions to make but it should be a fun process, you're designing your dream home after all!
Costing & Transparency
Once the design is well developed and we've given feedback along the way, we prepare a detailed cost breakdown. This includes finalising specifications, selections and documentation. We take the time to explain what's included where money is being spent, and any areas where choices can impact budget. No vague numbers - just clear, honest pricing.

Contract & Pre-Construction
When everything is agreed upon, we move to contract. We'll also lock in timelines, organise approvals, and get everything ready for site to begin smoothly.
Everything will be visible and organised on your client portal in the JACK app.

Construction Begins
This is where the plans come to life. Our team and project managers handle the build day-to-day, coordinating trades, materials, site progress and communication.
Quality and workmanship are always the priority, and we don't rush just to tick boxes.

Communication & Updates
You'll be kept in the loop throughout the build with regular updates and open communication. If questions come up or decisions are needed, we'll talk them through clearly, so you feel confident every step of the way. We utilise the JACK app management software which means you will get access to a client portal - everything in one place including weekly updates with site photos. We also let you know what has been accomplished during the week and what is coming in the weeks ahead.

Variations (if needed)
We understand that ideas can change during the build. If you'd like to make an adjustment, we'll explain the impact on cost and time upfront, get your approval, and then proceed - no surprises.

Practical Completion & Handover
Once the build is complete, we'll walk through the home with you to ensure everything is finished to standard. At handover, you'll receive the keys, relevant documentation and time to ask any final questions...plus a few celebration drinks!

After Handover Support
Our relationship doesn't end at handover. We're available to assist with any post-build questions and to ensure your home settles in as it should.
