James started in construction at 19 and quickly worked his way up to site manager, overseeing teams, budgets, and materials. He co-founded J&N with a drive for new challenges and the joy of building homes clients genuinely love.

With skills in carpentry, welding, and bricklaying, Dan chose building to stay hands-on and avoid the desk. He loves the variety of the job and is one of the hardest working team members around.

Nardia brings the heart and vision to J&N, pairing her natural design eye with a lifelong passion for property. She bought her first home at 18 so building a business with James in an industry they both love was a perfect fit.

Glenn brings the passion and drive our team thrives on. A former roof tiler and manager, he chose carpentry to expand his skills and brings creativity, attention to detail, and dedication to every project.

Quinton has nearly 20 years in carpentry, including 15 in commercial construction as a carpenter and site manager. Since joining J&N in 2020, he’s become a key team member known for his attention to detail and high standards.

Ty started his apprenticeship with J&N in 2021. He has an incredible work ethic, is a fast learner and has proven to be a valuable member of the team.
